Learn setup, Trezor Suite & Bridge downloads, login troubleshooting, recovery and practical tips to keep your keys safe.
The Trezor® Wallet is a hardware wallet family designed to keep private keys offline and protect digital assets from online threats. Using a small, tamper-evident device combined with the Trezor Suite desktop/web app, users sign transactions locally while interacting with an intuitive interface. Trezor® supports many cryptocurrencies and is a recommended step-up for anyone serious about custody and security.
To start: visit the official Quick Start and download pages:
Logging into Trezor® is done through the Trezor Suite app (or supported web integrations). The device never exposes your seed or private key — it only confirms actions. Common steps include connecting your device, opening Trezor Suite, and entering your PIN on the device screen. Always use the official Suite and Bridge downloads from trezor.io.
Many login problems stem from missing Bridge installation, outdated Suite, a faulty USB cable, or incorrect PIN entry. Try these checks:
Trezor® uses a recovery seed (usually 12–24 words). If your device is lost/stolen, recover accounts by entering your seed into a new Trezor® device via Trezor Suite. Trezor does not store your seed — it cannot reset your 2FA for external services. If you use hardware-backed 2FA keys, follow each service’s recovery flow.
If Suite shows "can't verify wallet" or fails to detect your device: update Suite, reinstall Bridge, confirm firmware version, and test another computer. For persistent problems consult the Trezor Help Center (support) and official guides on trezor.io.
